Holiday Inn Lisbon by IHG

It was good location, a little far from tourist attractions but good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of food and so was the dinner. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet better. Rooms and washrooms were clean but could use updating. Reception was great. Gym was ok. Didn’t use the pool but was there anyways. They have rooftop bar as well. I would highly recommend for a family or couples.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room 317 was lovely. The food at lounge28 was delicious. Would certainly recommend the buffet. We had a splashing time at the rooftop pool. Our family had a memorable stay. Hope to come back soon. Elizabeth Dublin, Ire

Would not recommend staying here. Plenty of other options that are much better. The beds were absolutely terrible. The parking lot at this location is very hard to access. We really struggled getting in and out. My family went to the pool and they had told us we were not allowed to have our own drinks. They asked us to close them or quickly drink them and were very rude about it. It’s a rooftop area and this made no sense. I do not see the issue. The room had horrible air conditioning. Extremely hot. The bathroom was outrageous. The shower had no door or curtain so water went everywhere. No toilet paper in the toilet so you have to place all your used toilet paper in a bag and they collect it. Wish this was explained when I was booking the hotel. Would never stay here again.
