Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre

It was our first time in Liverpool and we chose to stay at our usual hotel- Holiday Inn- and we never went wrong. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a great location, making exploring the shopping areas and the city easy. The service was superb—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast, with a great view, was terrific, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What really stood out was the personalized touch throughout our stay. We came to Liverpool for graduation, and the hotel staff made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommended!

Really nice place. Here for the British Chess Championships 2025 and my section was being played on the 2nd floor. Good room with an amazing view from the 9th floor, nice food options and sincerely helpful staff. Would definitely be back if I were in Liverpool again. Nicely located next to the station too! Attaching a pic of one of the 3 graces buildings which is a walking distance away! (If you're ambitious 😉)

Amazing hotel - staff were so kind and friendly and nothing was to much to ask. Always saying Hello and offering to help, provide a drink or grabbing the lift for you. Service from staff was 100% brilliant ! Room was cleaned to a real good standard and the lovely note from the person who prepared and cleaned the room was a lovely touch. Only issue with the room was lack of plug sockets and the fact the USB socket next to bed did not work other than that food, staff and hotel was 5/5
