Holiday Inn London Bexley by IHG

Hotel is lovely, clean and well kept. Staff are pleasant and always happy to help. Would give them 6 stars. Food is what lacks. Over priced for pub food which I’d give a 3 star for. I personally would not be happy paying for what I received. Could hear a few negative comments in the restaurant similar to my thoughts. The speed it comes out would leave me to think it’s frozen or bought in ready made.

Recently celebrated my dad's 80th birthday last Sunday. Some family members stayed overnight and were very impressed with the rooms, spacious bathrooms, food and service. The event space was perfect and everything was arranged perfectly. Lovely helpful staff, amazing food and instructions followed to the letter led to a most wonderful day.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by friendly staff at the reception. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed right away. The lobby had a modern yet cozy atmosphere, setting a comfortable tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was tidy and stocked with essentials. There was also a nice view from the window that added to my enjoyment. I would definitely consider staying there again during my next trip to London.
