Holiday Inn London Gatwick Airport by IHG

Great location by LGW, very convenient for travelers who have overnight lay overs between their flights. Shuttle bus runs every 15minutes to/from the airport to the hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room with all amenities. Excellent breakfast with choice of hot English breakfast, cereals and fruits, croissants - something delicious for everyone! We enjoyed the hearty breakfast a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Vida, at the restaurant was very warm and friendly extending her hospitality to everyone. I’d highly recommend a stay here with family if you need to be around Gatwick.

Great service from the moment we arrived. We received a very warm welcome from the reception staff, the rooms are just what you need for a night or two before or after your flight. The restaurant staff were fantastic. They made us feel at home. They were also incredible with our 3 year old son. Robert and Aura were fantastic throughout our meal. I would recommend the hotel and the restaurant to anyone.

Hotel is decent and room was clean and location is convenient, food however was awful. Ordered the chicken schnitzel and it came out raw. The lovely waitress offered to replace it for free, she then bought out a second raw one. Luckily they didn’t charge me for it but it put me off of eating there all night so skipped dinner. Just look at your food before you eat it here. Can’t fault the lovely server, she was honestly so wonderful and tried her best to fix the situation!
