Holiday Inn London Gatwick Worth by IHG

Very tidy hotel with plenty of parking. Checked in and was served by Gomez who was very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size and very clean. Asked for another duvet and they had brought it to our room within 5 minutes Excellent service

We booked this hotel, for our overnight stay as we had an early flight next morning. Location was great, only a few minutes to where we parked our car. Rooms were comfortable as was the bed. Food was really nice. Good selection on the menu. Prices were very reasonable.

I stayed for business last week and really wanted to give this a 5 due to the service received from all the team. The communal areas are lovely, great restaurant and bar. All the team serving from front desk to restaurant were really nice and helpful. I had a very enjoyable meal and lovely glass of wine. The reason for a 3 is the room, yes bedding comfy and bathroom nice but I was in what felt like an old style room, there were no USB points or plugs accessible by the bed to charge phones. The paintwork was very scuffed which made it feel grubby, although the room itself was very clean. I will return if in the area as service great, but will see if there is a more modern room with plugs or usb.
