Holiday Inn London Heathrow Bath Road by IHG

Stayed for one night ahead of a flight. Great location right next to car hire. Room was very clean with an amazing runway view. Staff were great, especially Sidney who was our server in the restaurant. He was very attentive, cleaning the table in between courses and ensured we were well looked after - better service than I’ve had in some Michelin starred restaurants!!! The food was also great especially the homemade garlic bread.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn at Heathrow and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-managed. A special mention goes to Alka, who served me at breakfast. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and welcoming, making the morning feel even brighter. Her friendly approach and professionalism really stood out and made my stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area — I’ll definitely be returning!

Solid 4 stars. Aaron our waiter from Hi Pizza was great, and helped accommodate our gluten and dairy allergies. The hotel accommodations weren’t quite as good though. They messed up our room order through their third party booker, the tub was plugged when we arrived, and they didn’t have hard pillows for us our first night. They also pressured us a bit when we were checking in after midnight to purchase breakfasts for a discounted rate, knowing that breakfast closes less than 10 hours later, at 10 in the morning. I’d suggest training your staff to consider customer needs and walk them through pros and cons, especially if they’re arriving late after a flight. Besides this the rooms were clean and nice, and the food at Hi Pizza was pretty good. I’d suggest declining the breakfast option if you’re able to get to downtown London. I think you could find better options for £14 per person… depends on the guest though. It’s nice having it right on property.
