Hotel was very accommodating as we are a family with children and requested connecting rooms. We arrived late at night and we were kindly greeted and very happy that they had secured us connecting rooms! Breakfast was very good with traditional English breakfast offerings. Metro options were easy to access and close to the hotel. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next visit to London!
Ive stayed here once before years ago. The hotel is close to the Great Portland Street tube station. Making getting around London easier. The room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom was on the small size though. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food on offer. We watched the football in the bar area and had pizza. I would come here again. Nice staff here and we stored our bag after we checked out.
A great choice. The location is fantastic, we walked almost everywhere. The staff were very helpful and everything worked as it should. The only minus is that it felt a bit old and the bathroom is too small (had no conditioner, just shampoo and shower gel) but we only stayed for 3 nights so all was good
