Holiday Inn London Shepperton by IHG

I have stayed at this hotel for business dozens of times - I have lost count actually. Lovely hotel, refurbished a few years ago so in very good condition. Rooms are great generally. Service is good, in particular the lovely lady at breakfast. There is a high turnover of staff there generally so it can be hit and miss on some occasions. Good little gym, swimming pool, and a great and convenient location. My main gripe is the lack of EV chargers…

This hotel exceeded our expectations but mostly due to the attentive and amazing staff. They were all so lovely and the restaurant staff catered to our needs to the fullest. The kids eat free options were great. The halal option on the afternoon tea was exceptional. We will definitely return again in future. My children enjoyed their stay immensely. Specifically Ishak at front desk, Barbara and Rishu in the Storyboard restaurant and chef Milton.

Holiday inn London Shepperton where do I start with this review there are too many good things to say about the place! I have stayed here alot over the past 7 years and every stay was always better than the last! The grounds are just lovely around the hotel and the staff are extremely friendly. I have seen many wedding parties here when I stay and they always have a good smile on there faces. The function rooms are very big you wouldn't even know that there is a disco going on in the hotel till you see people walking back to their rooms. The noise doesn't travel to the rooms so you get a nice relaxing sleep even with a party going on down stairs! Isaac and is team of amazing staff always make sure my stay was 100% and are happily to rectify any issues I encounter but like I haven't as everything is always above and beyond. Has to be one of the best holiday inn in south London. The food is always very flavourful and well presented. Also the breakfast goes above expectations for a buffet breakfast all food is cooked fresh by an amazing chef and he is always making sure everyone one has what they need. Best part is the pastries are always cooked fresh and not batched baked as they are always warm! If you are thinking of staying here don't just think book we'll worth the stay you won't be disappointed!
