We have just returned after staying 2 night in the hotel and we had the most amazing weekend. The staff at front desk greeted us ever so politely and gave us all the key information we needed with clear instructions on how to find our rooms (we had booked 2 rooms that they gave us next door to each other) The rooms themselves was lovely, nice and clean and the beds was ever so comfortable. Smart tv with free view, Netflix & YouTube to use. And a bath with the toiletries you need. We had the choice to have breakfast in bed or go down to the buffet breakfast and on both mornings we chose to go down for the buffet where we was greeted with the most friendly staff you could ask for, food was lovely also. We also had lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant and again the food was amazing and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. We also went swimming that we was given the choice to use the gym, sauna, steam room & pool. Overall we had such a amazing weekend with thanks to the amazing staff that made it possible!
Stayed here last week and had I couldn't recommend more. The rooms were lovely and the team were very helpful. Special mention to Gina on reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect
Nice rooms and good breakfast. Anyhow, I have to rate with a three as for TWO NIGHT IN A ROW, the fire alarm went off waking up the whole hotel. First time around 02.30 AM, second time 11.30 PM. Unacceptable. At least the hotel could have offered one of the breakfasts to apologize.
