Beautiful and peaceful place to stay in London near LHR Airport. Their buffet breakfast is special and delicious, serves Indian cuisines every day. Staff is very friendly and humble.
What can I say, I stay in a lot of hotels every year and can't believe that I've finally found a great breakfast! Quality of food was amazing Flow and the other team members service was incredible. An amazing way to start the day. Compliments to the chefs. Big thank you.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience due to AC not working properly in any of the rooms. The first room was unbearably hot, and while the staff did their best to help by switching us to another room, it was still very warm and difficult to sleep in. What made things worse was the complete lack of communication before or during the stay about the AC problem. As a loyal IHG Platinum member, I expect at least a basic standard of comfort and communication. The staff on-site were polite, but the overall experience was far below what I expect from an IHG property. Unless this issue is fixed and the hotel takes accountability, I would not recommend staying here.
