We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Lusaka during our recent delegation trip. The booking process was quite complex, but Mary and Penelope handled everything so smoothly and professionally—it truly made a difference for us. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and the team was exceptionally professional and warm. Special thanks to Sizewell, Mayachilo, and a slim, dark-skinned lady (whose name, unfortunately, we missed)—they went above and beyond to support us. From airport pickups to internal taxi arrangements and even reorganizing some of our existing bookings, they were always available, helpful, and cheerful. Their positive attitude and constant smiles made us feel right at home. The food was also a highlight—especially the Nshima and their freshly brewed ginger tea, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I personally look forward to staying at Holiday Inn Lusaka again whenever I’m in Zambia. Highly recommended!
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Lusaka for two nights. The grounds are beautifully curated and the holiday in rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. WiFi connection was very good and the hotel gift shop, laundry service, and breakfast were fantastic. For dinner, next door at the Intercontinental was my favorite and the view of the pool is lovely. I was completely blown away by the top notch quality of the 24 hour fitness center. It is the size of a full size gym and the equipment is brand new with turf for agility, machines, free weights and smith press machines. There are also showers and steam room. Best workout I’ve ever had traveling internationally.
Great location. Rooms are not bad. It has what you need to keep you comfortable. Food isn't too pricy. You can get a decent food and drink for less than you'd spend in a hotel of it's kind. I had an experience where I had to leave money I had deposited with the reception and couldn't claim upon checkout because they could not confirm... and I had to catch my flight. I was glad to have the money refunded after I complained during a review. It's not always that you'd get a responsive team to handle your complaints. Kudos.
