Lovely room. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast good . Best croissants I've had for a while. Although layout of breakfast was not attractive.
It's good size hotel. Rooms are clean and good beds. Breakfast buffet was good and generous.
The worst experience! booked a Premium queen bed room and we were given a room where electricity was not working, extremely hot, heating fixed centrally at 25 degrees , airconditioning not functioning, Nobody could sleep... the reception said they are aware about these issues and can't do anything about it and that we can file a complaint. The booking system uses a strange US site where we realised we were charged much higher rate than the actual shown room price by adding taxes hidden in the booking process, absolutely unacceptable. The swimming pool was green and filled with mold, the bathroom smelled terrible. Parking was included in the booking,yet we were charged extra for ... This hotel should be closed or seriously fined
