I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As someone who frequently travels for business and visits various hotels across the country, I can confidently say that your establishment stands out as one of the best I have encountered. The hotel’s modern design and inviting atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. My room was not only spacious, but also thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable bed and a sofa, providing ample space to relax after a long day of work. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the room—there was not a trace of dust to be found. The bathroom was also spotless, further contributing to the overall sense of quality and comfort. I would like to commend your team for maintaining such high standards. Please pass on my thanks to the housekeeping and management staff for a job well done.

Our first visit to this hotel. Good location for all terminals and railway station but the closest is T2. Just follow the covered walk way.Friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. Large bar area with ample seating. I recommend you reserve a table for dinner. Quick check in and out. Only one criticism. I found it difficult to locate the hotel car park. I wish it was better sign posted.

What a great little hotel for transit. We stayed here overnight between flights during international travel. It's SO convenient to terminal 2. We got in mid afternoon, got checked in, then walked to the train station to head into the city for dinner. It was super easy with direct lines to Picadilly. The rooms were typical size I expect in England. We were short a towel (3 people, 2 bath towels) and the body was was out in our shower. The service was good. The snacks at the bar were really helpful for our hangry family and were reasonably priced with quick service. Getting to security in the morning for our flight was supremely easy. Would absolutely stay here again in the same circumstances. It was super affordable as well!
