It was a pleasure to stay here! Our first impression at reception was excellent — the lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming that we immediately felt valued as guests. We stayed in an executive room with an extra baby bed, and it was perfect for our needs. The bed was the largest I've ever slept in, and we absolutely loved the room, especially the electric roller blinds which added a touch of comfort and convenience. Breakfast was delicious, and once again, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a beautiful stay in a hotel with a fantastic location. We would definitely love to retun

I am a Platinum Elite member of IHG. This hotel used to be cool to stay at. Easy check in, clean rooms, good service. I stayed both for family and business travel past 5 years. This weekend we had a different experience. Room had only one towel, it was dirty and left from previous guest I would think, the TV did not wor, the wifi password did not work. All small and minor details, but what happened to the good quality service, the details that makes a stay special. IHG have other hotels in the Mannheim area, give them a try.

We made a reservation for 3 nights, we checked in late at the hotel on the first night but the heater in the room was not working, we complained in the morning, they moved us to another room, the heater in that room was not working either, they gave us another room and the same problem continued, the receptionist gave us the portable heater, telling us that we had to make do with a heater like the one in the photo, that he could not fix it, I think it was a huge disgrace in a hotel that costs 80-100 Euros per night in a country like Germany. When we asked for a refund, they said that the manager could not reach us because it was the weekend, so it was a very, very bad experience.
