Kids loved the bunk beds and tent in family room. Location almost perfect except you cannot cross over to old town on foot. Hakim at Reception was kind, friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient. We liked the breakfast. Overall great experience!
Last Saturday we did my brother birthday celebrations at high tea area. The foods wasn't verity but fresh and nice. Its a nice place to celebrate birthday. Your hotel parking also very convenient. The most important our bill which already paid but we forgotten to claim the discount. Your high tea manager was so clam in handling. She void the bill and let us claim the discount with new bill. Thanks again for the friendly manner, ensuring our comfort through gentle communication and thoughtful care.
Overall, a good stay. The room had a slight carpet smell, and the work chair was broken. I requested a replacement, and while they did bring another one, the second chair had a broken headrest. Still, it was usable, so I didn’t mind too much. Breakfast was average — not great, but acceptable. Service was very good. The shower had strong water pressure, and the room was comfortable. I also found the pillow to be very comfortable, which helped me sleep well.
