Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station by IHG

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Garibaldi in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, making it easy to get around the city whether you’re there for business or sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and I appreciated how quiet it was at night despite being in a busy area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. I want to give a special mention to Xenia at the reception desk. She was absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with everything from local recommendations to arranging transportation. Her warm attitude and genuine care made me feel very welcome and added a personal touch to my trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan!

The service and room here were 5-stars. We were greeted right away when we walked through the doors and offered water. We arrived early and they were able to get us into a room right away. The staff at the front desk were really helpful with directions and helping us get a Taxi on our departure. The room was great, we were close to the elevator but did not hear any noise. Room was clean and modern, perfect size for 2 people. Breakfast was also great, good options. It is also only a few minutes walk to the metro station. They provide luggage store as well, which we took advantage of for our day trip to Verona.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Milan - Garibaldi Station for three nights on my way to a wedding in Florence/Tuscany. I chose it because of it's location being very central to everything. The tram comes right outside the front door and the Milan Central Station is very close by. The room was compact and quiet. Very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. One morning the eggs were very runny and at various points there wasn't much choice as many things had run out. All in all a good start to the day. The staff were polite and friendly. I was most grateful to have received my room within only a half hour wait the morning of my arrival. I will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quick efficient stay in Milano.
