I want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received at the Holiday Inn Zara North. The staff was attentive and responsive, always ready to help. I had the best service I've ever experienced at a Holiday Inn. I'd especially like to commend Olim at the reception desk, who quickly checked me in within just two minutes and upgraded my room. I accidentally booked the room for one person, even though we were a family of three, and he still upgraded my room. Upon arrival, they quickly added a bed for my child at no extra charge. All of this was done very efficiently. I had a problem with a reservation at another hotel in a different country, and Olim helped me with that too – he called the other hotel and resolved all the issues. Additionally, the rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. Also, the hotel has free underground parking that is monitored 24 hours a day, so your car is always safe. Thanks Olim and Holiday Inn

The rooms were spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a room that normally costs €20 more per night. We were also given two connecting rooms with a shared internal door, which was very convenient since we were traveling with two children. We booked breakfast for only one room, and according to the hotel policy, our 10-year-old child was able to eat for free — a nice bonus. The breakfast was good by Italian standards: buffet style with a variety of options. Overall, the hotel felt clean, although I did notice a significant amount of dust on the in-room phone. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking in the garage, which was very convenient.

I recently stayed for 7 days and was quite impressed with the overall facilities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the on-site restaurant served a great variety of delicious food. However, one major drawback is the location. While the hotel itself is excellent, it’s not well-connected by public transportation. Getting to and from the hotel without a private vehicle can be quite challenging, especially for travelers relying on buses or trains. Taxis and ride-hailing services are available, but they can become costly over time as compared to local transportation cost. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend it for the comfort and services—but be prepared to make your own transport arrangements.
