We had very pleasant stay here. The staff is very friendly, rooms are nice and clean plenty of parking, variety in breakfast, pool and fitness center are additional benefits. We stayed for three days and everyday they cleaned the room without even requesting. Location is also very favorable, close to highways also bus stop is just infrastructure of the hotel.
Rooms were clean except the minors like shower curtain which had pink spots on edges. Reception staff were very good and helpful. However the house keeping service was very poor. No-one showed up after 2 calls for extra towel until check out time. One of the house keeping staff, after receiving a request in person and acknowledging never showed up. I have stayed here multiple times but this last time was not good enough.
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Mississauga Toronto West (July 17–19), and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing — especially for our first time at a Holiday Inn. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong and unpleasant odor on the 4th floor and in our room. When we went to bed, we discovered the bed sheets and pillows were heavily stained. I contacted room service and, to their credit, they did replace the bedding — but only after a 20-minute wait. The issues didn’t stop there: • Towels in the bathroom were so worn they looked almost torn • The floor was visibly dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days • Ceiling paint was peeling noticeably To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to contact the hotel since July 17 to address these concerns and request follow-up, but have received no response. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. This is not the standard I expected from the Holiday Inn brand. I genuinely hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both cleanliness and customer service.
