Holiday Inn Mulhouse by IHG

It’s close to the freeway and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The soap dispenser for sink didn’t work. The breakfast was adequate. The potato patties were dry and I didn’t find any tomato sauce (ketchup). The scrambled eggs looked to be from powder 😵‍💫, so I chose to boil two eggs.

This hotel is located in a residential area of Mulhouse, with a good location and all the shops and supermarkets you might need nearby. However, we booked a standard double room and found the bed quite small and the mattress too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty, the walls had some scratches, and the kettle was so dirty that it needed to be replaced before use. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low. I would only recommend this place for a short stay of one or two nights while passing through

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. The room was dingy, and dusty, with stains on the walls, the sink wouldn't drain properly, the shower head was broken, mold around the faucet and tub drains, coffee bar plate was very dusty. The bed was comfortable and we felt safe. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. I would recommend it for feeling safe and secure but would warn about the condition in which it is in.
