Great experience! The suite was perfect for our family of 3! Pull out bed was comfortable for our son and the king bed was perfect. Bathroom was large and clean- we loved having a full shower. Lots of space. Breakfast was great and the lounge was fun in the evening. This hotel is in great location - we were able to walk to the markets, Biergartens, museums, etc. We had quite a few fight crews come and go - so took that as as a good sign. We will definitely be booking Holiday Inn rooms in the future.
Fabulous hotel with a huge sitting area and bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb with everything you could hope for irregardless of nationality. The hotel rooms were clean and the vibe is comfortable and pleasant. This was a favorite hotel on our European adventure. Taxi cabs are always waiting outside when needed.
We were greeted by Martina at the front desk who was very pleasant and was very accommodating. We are very pleased with how kind and friendly she was. We are celebrating our anniversary and she was able to give us an excellent room which was very nice and clean. Martina made sure our stay was great and not to hesitate to contact her if we had any issues or problems which we didn’t. I would definitely go back to this property with the hopes that Martina will be here. She has excellent customer service skills and is just a really nice and friendly person. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were great. Bar was good and the breakfast was well worth it. Thanks Martina!
