Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb by IHG

I was with my son for few days. Enjoyed the time in the hotel. Have pool for kids with protection from Sun. Big choice of food for breakfast time. Also have room service. Staff is polite, helps with any questions and requests. Location - very close to airport, around 10min by taxi.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to commend Mr. Hussain from the housekeeping team. He was consistently polite, respectful, and incredibly attentive to every detail. His dedication and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of the hotel.

The hotel was built in 2013 therefore it was bit old and interior is but compromised and not well maintained. The administration is not managing the hotel, however, the staff including front desk, house keeping, concierges, and Resturant staff is trying more than best to save the reputation. I had issues with room odor and poor air conditioning, and in that chaotic situation the staff moved me to a better room. When I arrived at hotel on around 10 pm and there was only one man named manviel who let me check in, transferred my luggage and helped me for everything. Hats off. About breakfast, the food is 100% fresh, tasty and staff including head chef were amazing. You must try their croissants, and meat pie. Everything for international breakfast was available. Many veg and non veg options. The location of the hotel is near airport so it’s up to you whether you would prefer to stay close to airport or go to town towards eastern side for visiting wadis and beaches. For me apart from room, everything was more than perfect. I suggest if IHG could pay attention and refurbish the outdated infrastructure of the hotel.
