Just popped in to the lobby to meet someone but was impressed at how clean neat and tidy it is. Staff friendly. Long time since I've actually stayed here but looks like it's in a much better condition than it used to be. The restaurant was deserted even over Easter weekend and the whole place was very quiet. No prices on the menus which makes ordering food an act of food faith. It's right in the centre of town.
We had an incident where breakfast was added to our bill. Despite the email acknowledging that it was included in the price. After much toing & froing emails wise, Holiday Inn finally accepted responsibility. You really need to do better.
