During our recent visit to Naples, we chose the Holiday Inn as our base and opted for a suite to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel’s location proved to be convenient for exploring the city, and the suite itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable international hotel chain. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding level of service provided by the hotel staff—particularly the reception manager, Angelo. From the moment we arrived, Angelo demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or ensuring our specific needs were met, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. The rest of the staff mirrored this high standard of hospitality. Every interaction was marked by courtesy, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to enhance our stay. It was clear that the team takes great pride in their work and strives to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. For travelers seeking a reliable, comfortable, and service-oriented hotel in Naples, I wholeheartedly recommend the Holiday Inn. The combination of excellent accommodations and exceptional staff makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

The hotel is worth staying if you like comfort, space and service. Its about 12 minutes taxi drive into the main city area. Breakfast buffet is their signature strength the spread will spoil you for choice and quality) followed by their lunch and dinner menu. Thanks to the overall staff at the hotel.
