Holiday Inn Nice Port St Laurent by IHG

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn, and I can't speak highly enough of the incredible staff who made my experience unforgettable. A special thank you goes to Hermes and Carla at the front desk — their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made me feel so welcome from the very first moment. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and thanks to them, I will always remember this trip with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

The place from the outside didn't appear like it will be anything over the top. Upon entering it was delightful sight to see how clean, the great decoration and the very attentive staff. Def would praise it for its lobby decoration and the great staff. (We missed adding to reservation) I don't know why they just don't include breakfast, but they do serve breakfast at a cost. I believe if you didn't add to your reservation its approx. $20-25 a person to eat. It's not bad but keep in if you walk outside, make a right at the boardwalk, you'll find an awesome breakfast nook which is def worth a stop and in expensive. Overall, the place is very nice, it's in a good location, lots of place to go eat and drink, a nice " walking path" which you'll find lots of people jogging and walking early in the am. The room were decent size, good view, tub is a bit deep though can be trouble for someone with mobility issue. Still liked the room and a Balcony was part of our suite which def was a difference maker. The hotel served us fruits as a welcome which was a very good touch. No pool (It's a fountain!!! on the pictures, not a pool) and surroundings not living up to expectations. The beach bar is not part of the hotel, and very expensive to use, although nice. This hotel is mainly suitable due to close vicinity of the airport, or the shopping center.
