They phoned me a few hours after I checked out to say that my card had been declined and was due payment 🤣🤣🤣... OMG my company had booked it, not me! They obviously hadn't bothered to check the booking records before calling me 🤦. So extremely unprofessional. Just to be clear I had no extras and it was the basic cost of the booking they were calling me for 🤦🤦🤦 I would have given 3 or 4 stars but the evening meal thing and the call for payment really let them down.
I just booked a quick nights stay. I have to say the customer service was extremely poor. The staff did not seem to know how to offer great customer service. I doubt I will stay there again.
