Holiday Inn Nürnberg City Centre by IHG

After a trip of 20 hours from Mexico, I made my check-in in less than 1 minute and guess what, the front desk lady speaks fluent Spanish and English. She was so kind that made me feel I'm arriving home. It was fantastic to experience that customer service. Room clean, restaurant with a lot of food variaty comparing with Holiday Inn in USA. I would recommend for sure for future visits. It is very convenient their location near local stores, bar/restaurants, local markets and train station. In less than 10 minutes walking you get to local attractions. Safe to walk around with family.

Great hotel and a great location clean rooms serviced daily with a small bar fridge and a safe. About a 15-20 minute walk from the main train station with luggage or a 5 minute drive. Shopping mall very close by and a lot of restaurants to choose from.

We made reservation via booking for 2 adults and 1 kid and when we arrived we understood that the room has only king size bed and they asked additional payment to put additional bed for our daughter. This is the first time i saw in my life that the room has only one bed for 3 persons although we made the reservation for 3 persons. Also there was petrol car parked at the charging area and nobody knew who that car was belong to. I could not charge my car during my stay and that caused me huge time loss during my travel. Be careful and read every sentence of your reservation, they are behaving outside of the general applications.
