Perfectly pleasant hotel for an overnight stay as we transit through Europe headed home. We arrived at 10pm, called the friendly English-speaking hotel reception and were told the hotel shuttle would be available for us (it runs until 10:30pm). At the hotel, after checking in, the friendly barman sold us a bottle of sparkling water to take to the room. We both slept well. The shower is good. We're hopefully confirmed in the first shuttle (7am) back to the airport. Would certainly stay here again if I ever transit through CDG again.

Seems something changed in their shuttle bus service. They send instructions to call reception when you are waiting at shuttle bus stop between terminals 2B/2D and they pick up you. They informed the bus runs every 30 minutes… I gave a call on July 16th at 20:18 and they pick me up at 21:22. More than one hour waiting is not good. It was very quickly all my previous stays in this hotel. It is necessary to take this into consideration when planning your time to reach this hotel by their shuttle bus service from the airport.

The hotel is understaffed and they know it. Don't be in a rush at the check-in desk nor at the bar/resto and don't be afraid to wave at the waiter if you hope to have your order taken. The beef was unfortunately not the best, once we were finally served, that is. They don't offer a proper terrace despite the nice weather. Rooms and beds are alright but since the windows are sealed, I hope you enjoy extremely slow and useless AC (minimum is 18° and it works sloooooooowly really) and are not afraid to sweat at night. One star for the well-willed staff and One star for breakfast. The breakfast was clearly overpriced (25€) but it was worth the price in the end. Everything you can eat, from cold to fried, from sweet to savoury, even potatoes were offered. Last but not least: make sure to ask the same question to 3 different staff members and have fun getting 3 different answers. Don't recommend it.
