The location is great for access to Metro and dining options. The staff are wonderful but the bed is a total waste of space.....double bed which was limited space and had soft edges which caused is to actually fall off the bed a couple of times. We also could hear our neighbour evrytime they were on the phone. If this is 4 star then I question the rating system
I stayed at the hotel last week with my wife and child, and the manager was extremely helpful. She was very professional and caring, making sure we were well accommodated. She even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. A truly amazing lady. I highly recommend this hotel — the staff are excellent!
Our week stay at this hotel (6-8-25 to 6-14-25) was wonderful until we got home and found staff had defecated in the bag of our dirty laundry and resealed it. I found it when I put our dirty clothes in the washing machine. We were seeing signs around Paris telling tourists and Americans to go home. I never imagined that hatred for American tourists in France would amount to that kind of indecent behavior from hotel staff. Change your plans from France to Italy, England, or Spain...they will be much friendlier and safer to visit than France.
