What a fantastic hotel! Not only the rooms are great, clean, and comfortable, but the service is fantastic. Especially in the front dest by Yasmin and in the restaurant by Welington. Both of them were so kind, friendly, effective, it made me want to always come back to this hotel when visiting São Paulo
Location is excellent if you’re here to attend an event at Anhembi Complex, either an exhibition or the Carnival events at the Sambodromo. Rooms are in the Holiday Inn average, considering Good if you know what you’re expecting for. Prices at the minibar are extremely expensive and the possibilities to buy a single bottle of water in the neighborhood is limited.
The dinner buffet of 99R is was than breakfast. The room towel is dry and old. And the gym was awful, old machine and some skin of equipment is peeling off, no water provided. The doorboys didn’t help carry my heavy luggage downstairs to my Uber while three of them were chitchatting. Not all staff know English. Phone line doesn’t work to the reception btw. No free drinking water available.
