Well refurbished rooms, comfortable beds and really good food/service. This is a very good option if considering Paramatta as a place to stay. I would definitely stay again. Manager is very customer oriented. Keep up the good work.
First stay at this hotel, I’ve stayed in Parramatta many times previously but never at this hotel. The service at reception was good, I initially had a problem in my room which was sorted out by the duty manager. It’s an older hotel but the the room was spacious and clean, large bathroom with a bath. Breakfast buffet was good quality and lots of choice. The whole team were friendly and we would stay in this hotel again if we had business in the area.
Great value hotel in Parramatta, it’s nice and close to Westfield and parramatta city. Rooms were clean and ride with all the amenities you would expect. Minor issue with Jo wine glasses in the room. Overall was a good stay and would go back again.
