This is my second stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya by IHG, and it was just as wonderful as the first! I especially enjoyed spending time at the Club Lounge, where the staff truly made my stay memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Yogo, who took excellent care of me with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. She made me feel very welcome every time I visited the lounge. I also want to mention the bartender, who crafted truly memorable drinks—every cocktail was delicious and made with care, turning my evenings into special moments. The combination of friendly service, relaxing lounge atmosphere, and great drinks makes this hotel one of my favorites in Pattaya. Big thanks to the whole Club Lounge team for taking such good care of me. I’ll definitely return for my third stay.
We had a fantastic time at the Holiday Inn. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and felt safe throughout our visit. The kids club was a big hit with our children—there were so many fun activities to keep them entertained! The swimming pool with the slide was definitely a highlight; our kids didn’t want to leave. The bounce room was also amazing—clean, well-maintained, and lots of fun for active play. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families. It’s a great place to relax while the kids have a blast!
We arrived at the hotel on August 5th at 12:20 PM. The Man at the front of the hotel (wearing shorts) was very attentive-he gave us a warm welcome and immediately offered assistance with our luggage. Check-in was handled by a lady and a man both of whom were very polite. The swimming pool is lovely and well-maintained. Breakfast service was also very attentive. However, rated 4 stars because we had one issue with the mixed juice offering. We do not consume ginger, and unfortunately, there were no fresh juice options without ginger available. The only juice provided in the dispenser was pasteurized, and staff were unable to offer fresh juice as per our request.
