Holiday Inn Peterborough West by IHG

I have stayed here twice, and on both occasions, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety, always hot and freshly prepared, and the staff are consistently polite and helpful. Dinner is excellent value, with generous portions. Needless to say, this is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in Peterborough, with the spa being a wonderful added bonus. Thank you to all the staff in Peterborough for making my birthday so special and for the complimentary gift.

Spent a year here on and off whilst working in the area. I cannot fault the hotel one bit. All staff are friendly and helpful whenever dealing with any issues. Rooms were always cleaned to an extremely high standard. Food at breakfast was always hot and in good supply. Lovely pool and gym area. Perfect hotel to spend time in whilst working away from home.

Stayed with a friend for one night for the proms on at Burghley House. Excellent price, location, service, amenities and room. The bed was SO comfortable! Air conditioning was a blessing in the heat. It was easily accessible from the main road. Plentiful breakfast, nice ambiance in the restaurant. The pool was an added bonus for a morning swim. It is small and did get quite full with 8-10 people swimming lengths. But everyone was kind and respectful. Highly recommend for a stay for anyone looking for quality and reasonably priced accommodation near Stamford/Burghley House.
