We missed our connecting flight due to storms so QANTAS booked us into this hotel as another flight wasn’t available for almost 24 hours. What was a frustrating experience was eased considerably by the excellent staff at this hotel and the comfortable rooms. Alex at reception and Megan at the restaurant in particular have been amazing - so helpful and kind! We were lucky enough to get great views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and a late checkout too. Ended up having an enjoyable day in Sydney with the family in this very conveniently located hotel. Highly recommend!
spacious room! Excellent location. However there was an unusual light fixture cover missing causing a lot of dirt and fuzz build up exposing the head of the bed right above me. This ended up sadly causing me allergies. Attention to detail is important. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until I woke up and had to leave.
It was a good 4 star hotel in an up and coming area, rooms were fine with both bath and shower but it was mainly surrounded by fast food rather than restaurants which were 15 mins away. Though the chicken stock soup was great.
