Absolutely a fantastic experience! The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The room we have stayed in, was spotless. And the view from the room was absolutely amazing, being able to wake up and see the Remarkables is just another level. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our stay so pleasant!
Very nice location. The rooms are really nice with a beautiful view in front of rooms . The location of hotel was really nice near to the remarkable shopping centre very nearby to the airport. The hotel ambience was really nice. The staff is too good. The parking is free for the guest on first come first serve basis the rooms have fridge coffee machine iron board with clean towels with regular room services . Highly recommend and if you are Holiday Inn reward you can collect points all over the world and redeem them whenever you want on your next holiday while booking. They have restaurant inside their breakfast was really nice with a great service of the staff.
Our recent stay was incredibly disappointing, and the service was far below what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. Despite being told to return at 3pm for check-in, our room wasn't ready and hadn't even been cleaned yet. We didnt get access until after 4:30pm and only after asking how the situation would be rectified were we offered free house drinks (served in dirty glassware) while waiting with overtired children in a bar. We were told the room was “special” with two lounges, it only had one. No children's welcome packs were provided (we were told about them at checkout), no information was given about our included breakfast. To top it off, I was charged twice for the room, and had to contact the hotel to get a refund. It is now 2 days since checkout and this still hasn't been received. For over $450 a night this is not the level of service we would expect. Beautiful facilities, but the service was chaotic, unprofessional, and dismissive. Poor communication, no accountability, and an overall sense that guests are an afterthought. Never again.
