Holiday Inn Reading South M4 Jct11 by IHG

Fantastic stay here Thursday to Saturday last week. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and provide a fantastic and dedicated service. Had an issue with my safe which I reported to reception. This was resolved by maintenance the following morning. Room AC was working and kept the room temperature during the heatwave to a nice cool level. Bar staff and waiting staff where all friendly and went above and beyond to ensure their customers where happy and enjoyed there stay, food was amazing! Breakfast was good with a variety of different options; the only recommendation I would advise is changing the potatoes for hash browns. Minus this check out again was flawless and so were the cocktails.

We have stayed here twice with the special offer tied with legoland. Well our stay was excellent. The lady that greeted us was very friendly and welcoming sorry I didn’t get her name. But the morning at breakfast was brilliant we were greeted by Sully I think his name badge said. Well he was brilliant entertaining my sons throughout breakfast, my youngest said he was the funniest person he’s met. Also another waiter came over and made a toy out of paper, we were very impressed. The room, food and service was excellent. I would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again 😊

We booked this room on a way to France as they accept dogs. Staff couldn’t do enough for both my daughter and our dog. Food in the restaurant was superb value and very tasty - my husband said the burger was one of the best ones he ever had. By the bar there was family games to play. Yes, hotel itself is a bit old, however it’s super clean throughout. Mattress was softer than premier inn, but we still had a good sleep. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
