Holiday Inn Resort Acapulco

I went with my family and experienced the BEST service! Ivan, Josue and Captain Ignacio Cuevas were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during dinner. They were exceptional and were very accommodating to my family which was a big group. Being here has been an amazing experience due to the hardworking and attentive staff. Every interaction with staff here has been amazing, from the moment we got here staff helping us unload our car, receptionist with getting our rooms, room service, cleaning service, security everything has been great! I would definitely recommend coming here, I plan on staying here every trip I make!

Rude staff they will flip you off. Falta de respecto de los trabajadores. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a welcoming feeling.

No help at all during and after the hurricane (Otis) i left the room in a hurry and left my key inside the room and had to pay a security guard $600.00 pesos to open my room to get my luggage so i can change to dry clothes, there were no hotel workers around to helps us with basics like water, food and directions. Basically we were on our own, i would expect a worldwide chain like Holiday inn to be more prepare to help their guests for a disaster of this magnitude. We made back to the states on our own with a lot of luck and great people that help us.
