We had the pleasure of spending 14 wonderful days at the Holiday Inn Resort Canggu, and from the very beginning, we felt like home. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by Linda and the other super friendly colleagues of the breakfast team. Their genuine kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful service made each day start on a perfect note. Our daughter, in particular, was treated like a princess – something we will always remember with a smile. We especially loved our Family Suite, it was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling with kids. Our daughter absolutely loved it, and we couldn’t recommend it more for families looking for comfort and convenience. The pool quickly became our favorite spot. We spent countless hours relaxing there, enjoying the sunshine, and being looked after by Yubi and the pool bar team. Their friendly service was exceptional – by the end of our stay, they knew exactly what we liked, without us having to say a word! A big thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so special. From housekeeping to hospitality, every detail was just right. You’ve created a place full of warmth and heart, and we can’t wait to come back.

Impressive! Didn’t expect it to be this good — the hotel feels fresh, bright, and full of life. Everything looks new and well-maintained. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay feel warm. Service is impressively quick and super helpful, from check-in to room requests. Breakfast is Delicious — lots of good options, (It can feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying too long) and even the americano is worth mentioning! The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and well-designed. Extra bonus: unlimited bottled water in the room and all the toiletries are from Dove, which is a really nice touch. What I loved the most? The free valet service — super fast and hassle-free! Will definitely come back!

A special shout-out to Linda, our friendly and attentive waitress, who not only greeted us warmly each day but even remembered my coffee order without needing to ask — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.
