I stayed at Holiday Inn Bintan for my bachelorette trip with my closest friends and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations. It was their first time in Asia and this hotel made it unforgettable. The resort is stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained. Our rooms were spacious and super comfortable, with thoughtful little touches every day. But what truly made the difference was the incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Highly recommend, we’ll all remember this trip forever!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I wish it could have been longer! The room was beautifully designed, with a thoughtful touch – a sliding door separated the bedroom from the dressing room and bathroom, creating a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly impressed me, however, was the kids' club. The spacious indoor and outdoor playgrounds were filled with open-ended toys that allowed my little one to explore and play at their own pace. The dedicated swimming pool for toddlers was a hit, and it's clear that the property was built with families in mind. The hotel's attention to detail extended to the adults as well, with indoor entertainment options available to enjoy even on rainy days. The service was top-notch, with friendly and genuinely engaging staff who made our stay even more special. We had a very good experience with the service provided—truly professional and heartfelt. The service staff were extremely caring, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally hurt herself, both the doctor and service staff were quick to respond and constantly checked in to ensure she was alright. Their genuine concern and thoughtful care really stood out. They were also very accommodating to our other requests and even noticed our ferry timing, helping us extend our late check-out without us needing to ask. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well cared for—like a home away from home. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the warm hospitality.
