Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum an IHG Hotel

A wonderful four nights in this fabulous resort. My family and I loved the room and of course the hotel beach club. The food was delicious and service excellent. Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a holiday in Bodrum at this resort. You will find something for everyone here. Will be back to enjoy again

We stayed at Holiday Inn Resort for 10 days and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The whole place feels very comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, the pool area is lovely, and the beach is just perfect for relaxing. The staff are truly what makes this hotel special — everyone was friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Dogmara from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and helped us with everything we needed. She really made our holiday feel even more special. We had such a good time here and we’ll definitely come back in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - A disappointing stay, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone regardless of the affordability and location. Poor cleanliness as rooms and sheets were not changed until having to ask multiple times. Cups were dirty, floor was never cleaned. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even replace the towels. Had to call as we were going out and it came 50 minutes later. At least we got a fruit box to cheer us up as it was quite funny. There are a million steps which isn’t ideal if you have poor mobility or kids with lifts often being full or slow. On our last few nights other guests were shouting and playing music loudly, they may as well be in the same room it was that loud although this isn’t the hotel itself, they could have dealt with this as I’m sure staff could hear. Food wasn’t the best and too many other guests touching it with hands as it wasn’t covered, even one person smelling the item as there was no signage to say what it was. The gym was brilliant I must admit but I was glad to leave and to book another hotel on our holiday as this was the worst hotel by far. Majority of the staff are not that friendly or accommodating minus the bell-boys. The view and beach was nice but would recommend everyone and anyone paying a little more to have a comfortable and pleasant stay elsewhere.
