Holiday Inn Resort Penang

Amazing location. Good size of room's. Very good breakfast and specially breakfast area near to seaside that's feel great. Good size of out side swimming pool. Kids play area. Specially night relax area near to seaside excellent. Lot of beach fun and beach sports. Price may be little higher but its really fun. Until midnight you can enjoy the moments. Beautiful subset. Nice bad and live music. Best spot . Nice massage in beach highly recommend. Valuable stay.

We stayed at the tower building. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The room was clean & well equipped. The location is right in the market area so night shopping & street food is so much fun. The area is very safe for night strolling. There are paid bus services with bus stop right below the hotel to travel throughout the city hassle free. Breakfast was awesome with good variety but the breakfast area was a bit crowded. Also the pool could have been a bit bigger. The beach is accessible but not so good for swimming. We had a good stay.

I wasn't too impressed with this hotel, but it was fine. It was clean and comfortable, and met all of our needs. I was a bit disappointed with the service though. We were there with a group of school kids, and they put some of them in a smoking room even though there were non-smoking rooms available. They got switched to a non-smoking room when we asked, but a little bit of forethought on their part could have avoided the hassle. Check-in was not smooth, but it worked out fine eventually. The room I stayed in was spacious. Breakfast & coffee were pretty good, and the service at the breakfast restaurant was good. The beach in front of the resort is okay, but nothing special. The Batu Feringgi area was okay, but I probably wouldn't go there by choice as there are nicer beaches in the region.
