Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach by IHG

Absolutely love this place!! The staff were beyond amazing and attentive to our every need. Kob was lovely and always smiling and happy to help us. The rooms were comfortable, air con worked well and were clean. The pool area was fabulous… clean and always well maintained. The food at the hotel is also excellent. Both western and Thai meals were delicious. Would not hesitate to recommend

Our recent stay at this resort was excellent. We received a warm welcome from the staff, and check-in was quick and efficient — I even managed to check in earlier than expected. The resort offers great hospitality, especially towards families with children. The breakfast, while simple, was tasty and satisfying. There was some construction happening at the front of the property, but I believe once it’s completed, access to the beach will be much more convenient. On the downside, I felt that the location of the property is a bit less than ideal, which might be something to consider depending on your travel plans.

Highly recommend this lovely resort. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff. Our hostesses, Kob and Aivy always made sure we were comfortable. It's always great to experience such amazing service carried out with grace and elegance. Must give a big thank you to Peach, the recreation manager who made sure the kids always had fun. This resort is incredibly accommodating for young children, teens and adults alike. The location is fantastic, close to amenities with multiple transport options available or do as we did and walk to explore the nearby shops and beach. We will definitely be back and make this our regular Phuket hub 😀
