Holiday Inn Riyadh the Business District by IHG

This hotel is a business travellers dream. The rooms are a great size, really comfortable and well lit. The spundproofing is brilliant.The bathroom is great and actually has room to hang towels and put out toiletries. The breakfast lacks nothing and the chefs are brilliant at providing anything you ask for. Taslim is super attentive and ensures you are well looked after. They even offer decaf coffee ( not just instant) The coffee shop is adjacent to a well appointed business centre so if you prefer not to work in the room you have a great work space downstairs. The gym is a great addition to maintain fitness although it could use so floor mats. Overall I highly recommend this if you have a need to stay in this area.

Wonderful Experience at Holiday Inn Riyadh the Business District I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Riyadh the Business District and had an amazing experience, both at the breakfast buffet and with the hotel service. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Taslim, who was taking care of guests at the buffet, provided outstanding service — always attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was perfect. I also want to highlight Soher, who helped bring my luggage up to my room. He was extremely professional, courteous, and made the whole arrival experience smooth and welcoming. A huge thank you to both Taslim and Soher for their kindness and excellent service. They truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Riyadh - The Business District and had an excellent experience! The hotel was spotless clean, with a fresh, modern feel. I loved its new concept of Holiday Inn — it’s a business hotel, but with very spacious hallways and rooms that made the stay feel both professional and relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety and excellent quality. Special thanks to Mr. Jaafar Othman for his outstanding hospitality — he made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to Taslim, the host at Oliva Restaurant. Being greeted by his warm smile every day truly made a difference and added a personal, friendly touch to the whole experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely come back again!
