Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton M1 Jct 18 by IHG

Had an absolutely amazing stay on Friday, all the staff are lovely! We came for our wedding food tasting session and then decided to stay the night and enjoy the facilities. Food was beyond delicious, and the stay was made even better by a few lovely surprises along the way from Angela, the wedding coordinator. Pool was beautifully warm and the other facilities were superb! We cannot wait to have our wedding here and with this team!

Fairly standard holiday inn hotel. Rooms are fine, bathrooms modern and had no cleanliness issues on various stays. Breakfast is fairly good although quality of some items could be improved. Staff in general friendly.

Horrible. I will never stay at a holiday inn again or recommend friends of friends. They canceled our reservation because we didn’t check in “on time” whatever that means? We showed up around 11:30pm. I don’t understand why a hotel will do this? And give our room to someone else. They did not even try to accommodate us they just said yeah we are booked so unprofessional. To make matters worse we stayed in the parking lot for about 20 min calling different hotels trying to find another hotel to stay at and they charged us a violation parking fee for €100 which we didn’t see till days later. Shame on you guys!!!
