We stayed in London prior to this. This hotel had all the comforts we were missing in London, and all the comforts of home we have come to expect when traveling. The staff went above and beyond. The manager Antonio is a fantastic human. He went to measures not everyone would have to help us with our car and dialing out. This hotel felt like home, felt like family.
Would 100% recommend. 10-15 mins from Stonehenge. Receptionists were so kind and friendly. Helped me with a fantastic taxi service (Mike of Vision Cabs) as there is no Uber in this area. They changed our rooms as soon as what we wanted became available. The rooms are clean and warm. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is there was no fridge in the room for my medication, but I found that in London as well, so wierd. It's a world standard, or so I thought. Breakfast buffet was good.
This hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar area and the rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the two members of staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of the hotel isn’t very pleasant it’s at the back of a petrol station but apart from that it’s great.
