What an amazing hotel it was, i am glad that i dooked room in this hotel, i will look forward to come again and stay in this hotel again
Location is extremely impressive in trendy location between Leningradskaya pedestrians street and the embankment were many trendy restaurants bars and Cafes exist. Service is good. Rooms are clean and comfy. If you have a standard room and were put without Volga view, ask for it. Standard rooms are entitled for it. Staff mostly know good English and is very helpful. Highly recommended if in Samara
Very disappointing experience this time. Holiday Inn charged us for parking and didn't say a thing. This was not our first time, and parking has always been free. I was surprised to see that I was charged additionally. When I called, they told me that the receptionist should have told me but he didn't. Apparently there was a sign that I was supposed to see in the dark with two tired kids. Three starts just for this. Otherwise wonderful hotel.
