Holiday Inn Shanghai Downtown

We stayed at the Holiday Inn May 2017. It was amazing, the rooms were modern and clean and restocked daily. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and could not do enough to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet and the BBQ on Friday night was to die for. Short walk to railway station and Pancake House (YUM). We will definitely be back

This is a nice property for staying. Rooms are big enough and are equipped with the key base amenities. Bathroom and the room were comfortable and relaxing. On back side of the hotel, mall and shopping complex are available. People need to be careful regarding food here. Restaurant is really in a poor shape with limitation of food variety and services. It is more like a huge hall with few number of tables lying in a corner. You have to wait long for the attendant and there are possibilities on few days that the attendant will tell you that no food is available and you have to walk to the backside of hotel in search of food??

Great location, next to train station. Noisy street and surrounding. Room is clean and tidy. Helpful and friendly staffs, value for location. Dated furnishing, small rooms. Bathroom with bathtub but doubt much people would use. Nearby lots of food to choose. Breakfast is decent in variety.
