Holiday Inn Shanghai – A Wonderful Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Shanghai from May 4th to May 10th, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Although my trip officially started on May 9th, I checked in earlier and everything went smoothly. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely supportive and helpful, especially towards foreign visitors. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was delicious and had a good variety of options. Initially, I was concerned about the check-in time, which is 2:00 PM, since I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM. After speaking with the staff, they informed me that early check-in might be possible around 12:30 PM. I made a few polite requests, and to my surprise and appreciation, they kindly allowed me to check in at 11:00 AM. That flexibility made a big difference after a long journey. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for making my stay so comfortable. I truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Shanghai.

Location abit far but your room some side can see nice view Service : just normal due to s Afew staff can speak english Room : ok Location : abit far from metro 600-700 M. At nice still can find some food around hotel 👍🏻

The bathroom blinds didn't work. We switched to a different room and the air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast is over priced and unmemorable. Not worth the price. Not a 4 star hotel.
