Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Nanpu by IHG

Hotel was near european standards. Clean with great room service. Always clean after long day of work. With good conditioning we didnt felt outside warmth while at hotel. Breakfast was integrated with chinese and european and indian dishes. I guess becouse at that time they had many indian guests. Hotel stuff speaked little english but we could understand on basic level it was adequate. No big shopping malls nearby.

Holiday inn is always the best option to stay. The location of this hotel is the best. As you will find the shops, restaurants, atm, super market on a walking distance.

Please check if Shanghai IHG Holiday Inn hotels offer airconditioning in their rooms before you confirm your room ! Booked a 5 night stay at this hotel durring my business trip. The airconditiong in my room was not working after the 2nd day and i made 2 reports to the reception. They said the hotel has a central airconditioning system and will not be able to do anything. They finally put a stand fan in my room. Photos attached. Reported this to the wider IHG group via the IHG app and have them escalate it to the hotel management. Disappointing experience with IHG this time around and would not have expected this level of service. Even the Holiday Inn Express group seem to be doing better with their budget room options.
