Comfortable sized room in an accessible area with malls. Service was above excellent. Child left comfort toy during checkout. AM Vera assisted in locating it. AM Lydia assisted in liaising with the concierge team. And to appreciate most of all the star for us, Luke Zeng who arranged for the courier (he was so so so patient with us). The team saved our holiday memories, turning it into a happy ending!!! Thank you so much!!!

The hotel's room size is quite satisfactory, offering a comfortable space for guests. Additionally, the hotel's location provides easy access to nearby markets and attractions. The front desk staff's helpfulness greatly enhances the overall guest experience. They helped me a lot to track my online orders and solving the issue with ecommerce site. Front desk staff is very helpful and great, highly recommended for stay. Their courteous and efficient service is commendable, making check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, the hotel's qualities create a pleasant and convenient stay.

Spent 7 nights here for biz. The suite is quite nice, separate bed room and living room. Location is really nice, across the street you can find lots of local foods and malls. The room is facing the road so at night you can still hear cars horning. Overall it’s a great hotel, would definitely come back.
