As I scanned the space, deciding where to settle down, a friendly barista named Melvin approached with a smile. He didn’t just greet me; he thoughtfully guided me to a well-lit corner seat — ideal for opening my laptop and getting a bit of work done without distractions. While I was still mulling over the menu, Melvin pointed out a standee featuring a refreshing cold brew he personally recommended. Though I was initially leaning toward a hot coffee, he took the time to highlight some popular hot picks as well, without any pressure. His suggestion felt more like a helpful nudge from a friend than a pushy upsell. The inviting display of freshly baked pastries and vibrant salads caught my eye — and let’s just say my “just a coffee” plan quickly turned into a light afternoon treat. After placing my order, I returned to my seat, laptop ready, and soon enough, Melvin arrived with my coffee and snack, all served with genuine warmth. It’s rare to find that mix of great service, quiet ambience, and good coffee in one place — but Soul Brew delivered on all counts. Big thanks to Melvin for his attentiveness and hospitality. The hotel is great! The interior was great and beautiful. The beds were comfy. Also the food was great, and the fact that we have tap water in the hotel room is really nice. The people that work here are really nice to guests, they always like to talk to you and make funny jokes. Also there is a metro station under the hotel, a 7/11 shop, and Starbucks 10 steps away from the hotel so u can travel and eat close to the hotel! Overal: 9/10
